Your privacy is important to us. We try to collect as little information as possible on users and only as much we need to maintain the functionality of the products we provide.

When you download and install sQusi and its automatic update service, we ask you for your email address and an account password. We require this information as a condition to uniquely identify your account so that we can keep track of what versions of the software you are running. This in turn allows us to fix any bugs or to solve problems you encounter. Yes! we will actually provide support for a free product!
